RC2 Wont Open After Installing It

My Rc2 FL8 Wont Open After i install it, i try it alot of times, i install net frame to see, if it was that, but i still got the same problem. can any1 help me. thank you.
PS. sorry for my english, is not that good, but i hope yall understand me.
