PSP Rhythm

Does anyone use PSP Rhythm? http://www.psprhythm.com/

I don't own a PSP yet but I may buy one just to use this program. Is it easy to use, install, etc? I know nothing about it but whats on the site.

There's even a FL looking skin for it too!!!!
