Mix in FL or Sonar

I have Sonar 5 and FL 8 versions. I usullay do most of my sequencing in FL and only use Sonar for recording vocals. Is it better to mix in Sonar or FL, using fl as rewire. What is the quality difference do I get in between these programs. Help appreciated.

if by "mixing" you just mean adjusting volume/p...
