FL recognize up to 2 GB RAM? But I have 3 GB of RAM... BUG?

I was out of 2 GB RAM when I loaded a lot of synths and effects. So I had to bought additional 1 GB RAM module. Installed it. Started XP. Now it shows 3 GB RAM. Loaded my FL7. Lol it still shows only 2 GB and even if i have 3 GB of RAM installed FL thinks that i have only 2 GB od RAM and crashes when memory usage exceeds 2 GB limit... BUG?
