mc 808/909

I have a couple of questions.

Is there any software that emulates a Roland mc 808/909 ?

I Would really like some software that has a lot of Electro/Hip hop sound banks, (Drums and synth's) what are my options?
Would I be Right in guessing I may have to rewire some kind of Daw as I've never heard of any vst's with much in the way of fresh sounds that might fall in to this category.

Does anyone have any ideas or pointers?
