Cant click on a point in an automation clip!

When I move my mouse over an automation clip in that window, I can't click on a point to move it. The cursor is an arrow with a + sign underneath it instead of that hand that does a grasping motion when you click. Anybody know a solution to fix this?

Is "Step" editing on? Check the left panel...
