Dummy Clips in Live not working in DD 2.2

I have a large master Live set with DD 1.9 and a row of dummy clips that trigger play/stop/cue points etc in DD, I inserted DD 2.2 into the set and everything seems to be working fine except for the dummy clips.

all the controller direct midi functions are working fine, but the dummy clip actions will not trigger anything at all?
