On my laptop, as admin, if I start FL, things go fine. It starts almost instantly.
If I run it with my usual user, it takes long (with 0% usage) till I get a popup with runtime error 216. Then once clicked ok, CPU usage raises to 25% and sticks to it, while FL will never start.
Here are some of the error messages:
Runtime error 216 at 006F54DA
Runtime error 216 at 007E54DA
Runtime error 216 at 007A54DA
Runtime error 216 at 004654DA
Note that some time ago, I tried FL on my desktop computer, at that time it was FL 10. It worked fine as non admin user.
Both are Win7 x64 Pro, with 8 (Laptop) and 16 (Desktop) GB RAM.
