mass activate/deactivat ex/in-cluder lock for mixer/playlist

In both Playlist and also Mixer, there is a way to mass activate/deactivate every single track (or insert). This a very useful feature which I like alot, but sometimes I know ahead of time that I've "sectioned off" a portion of the project as inert (or as always on). In those cases, mass activation/deactivation is a forbidden fruit, because it would toggle alot of tracks or mixer inserts which I'd prefer not to toggle (because which ones are off/on is really very delicate, and I'm using 50 or more). So I think it would be a cool feature if we could somehow exclude mixer inserts and playlist channels from this group activate/deactivate feature...somehow designate them as "locked" in their status, so the mass activation/deactivation is still free for general use.
