Re-implement Edit Event snapping!!! (still asking since 2016)

I knew I wasn't crazy! I could have sworn this feature existed in earlier versions of FL, so I dug out my old copy of FL 4.5 and sure enough, when editing events with the pencil, the draw points conveniently snap to the lines. The brush can be used for finer accuracy.

At any rate, any chance we can get this back in there? I made a video to help illustrate what I'm talking about. (not sure why the mouse cursor wasn't showing up over FL 12 when I opened it up, but you get the idea).
