Exporting Troubleshooting Aren't Working

Hello, I'm trying to render a song I made in FL 12 and I use all quality recommended bases for WAV AND MP3 and nothing is changing in quality. Basslines are really choppy and practically sounds like a "rip headphone users" and its just deafult basses without any change in volume, Kicks are sloppy sounding and a shorter version of the basslines with how they sound. I've tried changing settings within my computer and nothing changed as well as listening to it on my phone and tablet and all sounds exactly the same. If you can, email me with any kind of troubleshooting this issue email me at trylifeofficial@gmail.com
