Can MIDI be recorded and looped live in performance mode?

I'm interested in recording my MIDI parts on a controller and then looping them 100% live, similar to many other loop type performances.

Is this possible in FL performance mode? I have not found a way to do it. I'm not interested in performing with pre-recorded loops.
