Using samples by changing pitch not speed

Fl studio mobile is ok. A problem that fl mobile has is when people use there samples and change the pitch it changes the speed of the sample. A thing that would help improve Fl mobile is having an option to change pitch of a sample without changing the speed on the synths and audio clips for samples. Also having speed as another option for the synth and audio clips for samples. Just like the direct waves you have available.
