Hello!
To reproduce add some samples in the channel rack, draw some steps and set the advanced looping to any value. Place the pattern on the playlist, extend it for a few bars. Slice it somewhere near the end (where only looped steps are playing). Make unique that slice. Open the newly created pattern.
Result: all steps are deleted and the pattern cannot be resized from left anymore.
