Standalone Harmor ...

... plays Presets only via left/top menu - Load Preset/Bank.
If I attempt to use the top right Preset dialog - where all Presets
are listed, the Preset originally chosen remains the same after I
select a new Preset from the right-hand menu!!!

I d/load the latest version of harmor, and Win 10 is up to date.
