Any Real Improvements Coming?

Might switch to Ableton. Where are the complex, detailed plugins? I know Fl isn't meant for sound design and I'm really starting to see it never will be. It's 2020 though. And my main genre is EDM. I use Patcher's to invert automations, and Envelope Controller to do automatic movements and still can only achieve mediocre sounds. But I sure can make some awesome sounds with 3rd party effects and vsts. I've Been using Fl for a long time. They just aren't progressing the way I thought they would. I need some powerful plugins. The only thing you guys have going for you is the piano roll. This software is mostly used by Rap producers.. Absolutely laughable. Sloppy Windows and un-organized automation clips.. complex patcher's not saving correctly and crashing.. when will it end?
