Is there an easy way to copy and paste a project into a different project

Say you've made one project, and then you realise that this project would work really well as a section in another project,
Is there a way to just copy and paste the whole thing from the arrangement view into another project?
I've tried opening 2 FL's, but no worky.
Copying and then opening the other project and trying to paste also no worky.

Manually re-creating all my patterns is time consuming.
