Save Key per Project ("Scale Highlighting")

In the Piano Roll, the "scale highlighting" option is a global setting, which would be useful if you used the same key for every project. But most people use a different key for each project, so to get the most out of scale highlighting you need to add a note to each project saying which key it's in, and then manually select the right root note & scale whenever you reopen an old project.

Why not make the scale highlighting work like time signature and allow us to specify the key for each project? To do this, add a "Key Settings" section to the Project General Settings (after Time Settings), where we can specify the root note and scale of the project, and then have a "Use Project Key" option in the piano roll's scale highlighting. (Ideally it would be possible to set the key for individual patterns as well, if your project has sections in different keys.)

The project (and pattern) scale settings would have to pick up any customized scales from the Reference Scales folder, and not just have major & minor.
