MIDI files not importing, notes not showing up

I'm trying to import MIDI files and also transpose sheet music for two different projects, but nothing is working. The notes not showing issue is one that I've been having since October at least; I posted on the forums on November 3rd and nobody had an answer for how to fix it and it's still a huge problem that needs fixed.

The MIDI files issue is another one: I have not been able to import any MIDI files since this last week, and the problem may have been around before then. I'm able to see the files in the Files app, but I can't do anything else because the app acts like the problem doesn't exist. When I try importing in-app, it says, "Import successful," but when I go to My MIDIs in-app it doesn't show up. I've tried opening it from the Files app in FLM, but it just switches the app to FLM from Files and does nothing else. I've asked around about it, and nothing has been useful. Please help! I need to be able to transpose music and I also need to be able to import MIDIs urgently.
