This has been a thing for several months now and I thought someone would have reported by now or the bug be fixed but apparently not.
So whenever you delete a file, this does pop up, but it doesn't give you the option to cancel deletion.
Tapping off the pop-up doesn't work. Using the phone's back button only takes you to the "Exit FL Mobile" pop-up, but if you don't leave the app, it takes you back to the deletion screen.
Only way to avoid deletion is literally closing the app. So uh what's the point of the screen then lol
