Maschine and FL problem

I've been struggling with having FL and Maschine metronomes linking up but I've recently noticed that not only does the first hit not get recognized but after a count-in, it doesn't make a sound on the 1. Does anyone know if this can be fixed? And I've tested it out in another daw and it works fine
