Is this possible in fl mobile?

So I found this topic. viewtopic.php?f=1964&sid=05c9442e8a5a09 ... d&t=280247 I guess I'm just too dumb, even though Dyslan explained it, I still don't understand how he made the chords with the vocal sample? So actually my question is: Is it possible to change the singing notes by writing chords?
