Fruity Wrapper or Plugin loading Error (freezes)

Hello Team so I have had an issue for several months since last year and it is a long time coming...

Whenever I open up a file, there is like 25% chance of the file not loading and the FL just freezing for eternity,
also, in some cases whenever I add a plugin to a project I am working on,
FL just freezing for eternity again...

Usually, it is either "Fruity Wrapper" or "Ozone Imager 2" that gets shown/ starts freezing on the top left of the loading text.

I tried reinstalling FL Studio like 5 times, reinstalled Ozone Imager 2 plugin over and over, but still get the same problem....
What is the problem?
