Reinstalling Win10 / upgrading to Win11 (keeping projects intact)

Hello everyone,

I've searched for the answer on this forum but to no avail, my apologies if I've missed a post on this.

I would like to either reinstall Win10 or upgrade to Win11. However, some 5 years ago I reinstalled Win10 only to find that FL Studio did not load MANY of my samples when it came to kicks, hats, snares etc. Everything with a very general name, like "Kick13" or "Clap 4" was not being found. Now the problem wasn't that it didn't really find them, the problem was that I have many packs of instruments with these names inside of them and FL Studio couldn't figure out which were which.

So my question is; Is there any way I can make sure my projects stay intact when reinstalling Windows, and thus also FL Studio and all my plugins?
