help!!! update just deleted all my sounds and music!!!

I just updated to FL 21 and ALL my added custom sounds, I think theyre called plug ins DISAPPEARED!!! And since ALL my music is made with them all my music is now also missing!!! Im a paying customer and have turned many onto this software please help!!!
