Block/desactivate specific notes from AKAI MIDIMIX

Hi, everybody!

I'm trying to use my Akai midimix to control both FL STUDIO and Traktor, but the buttons will play notes if I hit them while on Traktor, and I would like to have them working just on Traktor, and not on FL.

A good solution that I thought about would be block specific notes to be activated on FL. Is that possible by any way?
