Bug when rendering GMSynth instrument

Create a new song, add a track with instrument 'Doctor W' (found in GMSynth / SFX ). Register a single note (i.e. G-5). Play the note - it sounds well. Then render the track (Wav, MP3, Ogg, ...) and play the rendered track - it sounds odd with some artifacts.

This bug could be related to the post Bug in GMSynth/LFO viewtopic.php?t=303552

FL Studio Mobile 4.3.2 (bug was already there in earlier 3.x versions) on Nokia 5.1 phone (tested also with an older Google Nexus tablet)
