Best way to control various band frequencies with one knob?

Hi guys! First of all, sorry if I post in a bad place, I haven't found the specific place to post this

I would like to simultaneously move 5 bands with one single knob in my patcher preset. I'm using pro-q 3.

What is the best way to do this? I know how to do it individually but they need to move as one group!
