Midi CC #1 (Mod Wheel) is waiting for pickup <100%

Mod wheel used to work on my flkey 37 and my keylab 37 now its acting like it wont pickup or maxxed at 100%. Tried deleting setup in main FL folder then relinking both keyboards seperately but the message which this thread is named after wont go away or link to any vsts. Not sure where to go from here... Please Help
