21.1 Beta Snap to scale in new pattern reacts counterintuitive

To reproduce:

1. Go to piano roll of Pattern 1
2. Set a marker with a scale different from default, highlighting changes to selected scale
3. Activate snap to scale
4. Create new Pattern 2 (it is created without marker and without scale), piano roll highlighting changes to default
5. Snap to scale is still active from Pattern 1 and snapping still reacts to the scale from Pattern 1 which doesn't match the current default highlighting

This doesn't make sense. Snap to scale and current highlighting should always match.
