I bought the toxic biohazard plugin, I unlocked my account, I reset my account, I scanned for the plugin multiple times in between these actions, and I still can't use it. I clicked download and it said it worked but I don't have the chords back that I made using the plugin. I don't understand what else I have to do. Please help.
