checkboard pattern appearing on zgame visualizer

Hi ,
i when I try to blend two videos by turning down the alpha pattern of one I have been getting a checkboard pattern in the preview display. This did not happen when I initially started using the zgame visualiser. Although this pattern does not appear on the exported videos, it is annoying when it appears on the preview screen.
