Sending signal through generators - Access Virus TI2 as an effect in FL Studio does not work

Hi

I've tried to setup Virus TI2 to work as an effect processor for incoming signal (since it has an option to work as one), however after trial and error I realized it probably is not possible because it seems that FL Studio does not allow sending signal through generators (despite displaying audio inputs for generators placed in Patcher), or perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

Here is my setup in Patcher - please notice that there is no volume in mixer channel 6:

I have also tested the same setup in Waveform and it works:

Any idea how to solve this? Or perhaps if it is indeed lack of functionality to process signal through generators, will it be fixed in future updates?
