Channel Rack Options Not Showing Up

When I click the + on channel rack, I don't have any options like "add audio clip", or anything like that. I only have categorized, tree, and simple. I don't understand why this is happening, I have the producer's version so I should have most/all the options. Even whenever I click on "Add" in the top left menu, I don't have the option to add an audio clip, or any other option that I see in people's tutorials. Can't find an answer to this problem, would really love some help. Currently, I can't add an audio file or even add a new channel to my channel rack. I've uninstalled and redownloaded hoping this would fix the problem, but it isn't working. Any solutions are very much appreciated.
