Beta 21.2 Stem Extraction not functioning

(why are we calling this 21.2 if that's not the version you label the file with?)

I'm asked to download the feature, then once it's downloaded i go back to "extract stems" option (within the playlist).

and i'm met with another "this feature must be downloaded" dialog, after which, i'm required to re-download the program....

I'm unable to extract the stems....
