FL Cloud not downloading all files when trying to get files

Hello, there seems to be a problem where I cant download any samples from certain packs. it will highligh the arrow when i click the + to get a sample, but it will keep flashing the green down arrow like its downloading, but it will never download.

is there a fix to this?
