Stem Extractor Error

Every time i try and use the stem extractor i keep getting an error stating

"the original 242 could not be located in the dynamic link library E:\FL studio 20\IMAGE LINE\Data\Downloads\Optional Features\Stem extractor Windows\torch_cpu.dll"

i would love to get this working
