filter bug in maximus when oversampling + linear phase are used

There are strange and complex interactions that are happening in the filters in maximus when both oversampling and linear phase are used

in the video example, you can hear that the filter slope does not change when you toggle between 12 and 24db/oct. However, when you turn on or off oversampling, the filter slope toggles by itself and then becomes locked. The 12/24 slope toggle won't work unless you then switch off oversampling. However, once you switch off oversampling, the filter will toggle again and becomes locked.

If you turn off both oversampling and linear phase, the filter slop will toggle as normal. If either oversample or linear phase are on, the filter toggle no longer works.

Depending on the order of toggling on or off oversampling, linear phase, or filter slope, there are different strange reactions, including stuttering and bands becoming partially muted. The interactions and results are so complex that I can't even clearly describe them all or understand what causes what. The videos shows but one of the strange interactions
