I have a bunch of presets and stuff temporarily stored in my mixer presets file. Is there anything else I should do?

I just downloaded a bunch of free presets, samples, and loops from the website to expand my toolkit before beginning an fl studio tutorial, as well as 4 flex packs I bought straight from the fl studio browsers library. The stuff I bought on the browser seems to have automatically synched into their respective plugins, and the files and stuff I downloaded from the website is temporarily stored in my mixer presets file, where it looks like they are all visible in the browser.

Should I synch these to their plugins as well? If so, how do I do that and know which ones go where? I should have the plugins needed to play them already.

If anyone can let me know about this, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
