21.3 Beta 1 | Kepler Exo: LFOs tempo sync is not sync

When the LFOs tempo sync is activated, I observe the following:

At rate 64:0 (which I'd interpret as a rate of 64 steps = 4 beats), the LFO revolves once per beat.
At rate 32:0 (half of 64:0 IMHO), it revolves around 2.8 times faster.

Concluding:

Issue 1: The indicated rate does not match common musical "intervals", i.e. what Kepler Exo reports as 64:0 is 4:0 in other IL plugins.
Issue 2: The rate does not scale linearly, i.e. 32:0 should be twice as fast as 64:0
