Google pay

Hello, I contacted Google pay because it has been quite a while since I have been able to install FL studio mobile without paying again. They can't do anything on their side and asked me to check with Image Line.
I have the license number on my Image-line account but I cannot use my purchase because I no longer have the apk.

The request from google pay: "It seems that your problem is related to the application itself. The
