If you adjust the velocities of two notes with the same start position in the piano roll, one of the notes (chosen seemingly at random) will have its velocity updated properly, and all the rest will have their velocities set to 0. Needless to say this makes editing anything in the piano roll basically impossible. This does seem to affect other per-note parameters as well. This happens whether the notes are selected or unselected.
The only workaround is to select each specific note in the vertical stack and adjust the velocity when it is the ONLY selected note (or move the note to the side, adjust the velocity, and move it back)
