Playback Problem

Hello everyone,
is it possible to enlighten me.
I am working on a musical draft of a piece proposed by a composer.
Depending on the organization, the instruments and VST are 41 in number.
When listening to the midi file, figure 1 goes from normal to red, then the song picks up. See screenshots.
This is not the beta version.
