FL24 BETA 6 [FLC Plugins Application]

I noticed that I was prompted to update the FL Cloud Plugin Manager to the latest version,
Which I did,
But then after installation when I got back to FL Studio, the Plugin Manager was closed and didn't re-open.

A very minor detail, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Lastly,
We need a designated shortcut to get directly to "Audio Settings" (eg. Alt+f10) and
also "General Settings" (Ctrl+f10)
