IF/THEN replace in Plugin Manager?

I would like a feature in the plugin manager for if a VST/plugin isn't found when a project loads, there is a button to select a default replacement plugin.

For example, if an old project calls for Ozone 4/GuitarRig4, but you have 11/7, instead of the popup only saying you don't have it, you can choose to load 11/7 any time it asks for 4/4.

Experimenting, you could have the option to replace one built in FL effect like BloodOverdrive with another like Hardcore. Or anytime it asks for FL Reverb, Luxeverb comes up instead, if you want to risk doing that.

I'm not a programmer at all, but I'd think there is a database that tells FL which DLL to load when a file requests a certain plugin.

Hopefully someone with skills can improve on this idea for a future update.
