24.1 BETA 6 - Browswer window auto resizing when clicking on different tabs

Not sure if this is a feature or not but it seems unexpected behavior

It seemed to be acting even more erratic initially but seems that it is more or less stable with these characteristics.

The expected behavior is that the browser either remembers the window size for each tab or all tabs are the same size, also that reduction is uniform but it seems this may be tied to the graphics display behavior in cloud that it displays the graphic at predefined tab sizes rather than uniformly scales the graphic as it does with the text.

It seems to revert to the default graphic size when clicking the cloud tab but this creates different behavior than with other windows.

This is my guess on what is happening, I don't know but it stood out as unusual.

Potential user issue -- if the browser window is fully collapsed in cloud view it is not able to be seen at all and may be hard to recover especially if the taskbar is on the left side of the screen.
