Please fix this bug in FL Studio 21.3
So I tried stretching this sample to fit my desired length, but for some reason, it kept snapping elsewhere and being offset. Note that the PPQ timebase is set to 960, snapping is off, I also tried holding Alt to disable snapping but it didn't work. Please have this bug fixed in the next update!
