I made a very simple barberpole phaser to imitate the phasing effect used in t e l e p a t h's vaporwave music.
It uses EQ2, with two bands controlled by a set of LFOs (4x peak controllers). The first two LFOs directly control the two bands, modulating the frequency and the overall depth of the phasing effect. The last two LFOs gently rounds-off the effect on each band so that it sounds seamless.
On the surface is a dial to control the phasing speed. There are also three sliders for phaser depth, LFO base and LFO amount. Use the last two sliders to change the direction of the phaser, and the frequency region that the phasing takes place.
