24 RC1:The plugin wrapper cannot display the interface of the old plugin properly

Please watch the video. After reopening the plugin window, the plugin cannot display properly. This is a free plugin developed in 2017, which is a single VST file that can be run directly. I have attached it. In the previous released version of FL, the plugin's UI was still normal. Now it can only function normally in external window mode.

If this is not a problem with FL, but rather the plugin is too old, please let me know.
