Behringer X - Touch Mini Relative values not incrementing

I am trying to use the relative value settings for my Behringer X Touch Mini Midi controller. There is a midi device editor that I used to adjust its internal settings, and it has 3 Relative value types, none of which work properly with FL Studio. the mode that you see in my video is relative mode 2, which changes the volume the most, while the other 2 modes does smaller values, but the problem is, that the device does not increment the controlled value relatively, it changes the values of the knob by the values its sending to the parameter, you can see this in my video when I try to make the increments smaller within the remote control mapping settings. is there a way that I can adjust how this device changes values relatively with a MIDI script? If so, can I receive assistance achieving this? I am using a pre made MIDI script from the forum for the X Touch Mini, but it doesn't seem to touch how the device handles values relatively.
